With great sadness, the Midwest Information Net announces the passing of our good friend Ed Bell , N8MGW, on July 16, 2011.

In honor of our late "Sergeant at Arms", we are hereby retiring the position from the Net.  Also by unanimous vote by the committee, we have appointed Ed posthumously, to the committee.
