James gets interviewed by a local newspaper here...

The committee has reviewed the interview, and we have a few questions about this interview.

First and foremost, why isn't the award winning Midwest Information Net mentioned?  This seems to be a gross violation of the MWIN bylaws. (See Part 3, Section 7,  Paragraph 19, sub paragraph 78)

The second violation, while not as egregious as the first one, is that it appears that James gave out misinformation to the newspaper. The misinformation was the origin of the term "Ham".   James states as a fact the term is an acronym for Hertz, Armstrong, and Marconi.

This needs to be corrected immediately  by James, if he wishes to remain as a member of the MWIN, in good standing.

The MWIN will not stand for any member giving out misinformation.
